Meeting You Where You are When You Need an Attorney
When people need a doctor, they usually need the doctor immediately. If it happens after-hours, they go to the emergency room for urgent care. When clients or potential clients need a lawyer, it is often the case that they need to talk now. I recognize that accidents tend to happen at inconvenient times, and people sometimes realize that it's time to talk about divorce or deal with a landlord/tenant issue after-hours. For this reason, my clients have my home phone number.
It is my normal custom to meet people where they feel most comfortable; in their homes, at McDonald's, or any other place they feel comfortable talking to their attorney about serious concerns.
